Bachelor of Music from Fisk University, graduate work at Indiana University. Principal flutist of Oak Ridge Symphony Orchestra for two decades. Fairly demanding instructor, professional approach, but has good sense of humor and is easy to get along with. Patient with all ages. Schedules summer lessons only in Knoxville. Offers workshops (included with the cost of lessons) in theory, music history, ensemble playing, etc.
