What I Like
About My Instructor! |
|||||||||||||
Rudolph Nemeth (Piano) Jonathan Demko writes: My Music Arts teacher is special because no matter how bad I do, he always encourages me and helps me improve. He also knows that I am not as interested in piano now but he keeps encouraging me because he knows that I will be glad I took lessons later in life. Zachary Demko writes: He's special because he doesn't get mad at me when I mess us. He's special because he encourages me.
My teacher is special because he like me to perform and likes me to play hard pieces. He tells me to practice 5 hours instead of 3 hours every day. He is a funny music man. Peggy Mitchell writes: Even though I am way older than 12th grade, I still wanted to express how special my piano teacher, Rudolph Nemeth, is. There is an expression, "you can't teach old dogs new tricks." In spite of that, Rudolph(bless him) never gives up trying to teach me. He has incredible patience and tolerance when I inevitably hit the wrong key (B instead of Bb) or don't stretch quite far enough (and get a D instead of E). He has a clever way of teaching "incidentally" and you don't realize you've actually learned something, instead of just been conversing about a composer. No matter how long I take lessons from Rudolph, I know he'll always end the class with "Practice, practice!" and the way he interacts with his students, practice isn't drudgery, it's fun.
My piano teacher's name is Rudolph Nemeth. He is a great piano teacher because he is so understanding. Whenever I'm too busy to practice, he realizes this and is very flexible. He also is very considerate. If I don't like a new song very much, he'll let me play a different one that I like a lot better. But most importantly, he is a great piano teacher because he is my friend.
